How the base drains

Profiled panels direct water towards the agreed drain or sump. Position the supports to suit the base flanges and retain working access underneath.


Plan installation with Decca

Decca helps select the EFB arrangement and reviews your drawings for raised supports, underside access and the drain or sump position. We manufacture and supply the agreed tank and can include installation in the quotation. Before work starts, we agree the installation responsibilities and any testing, cleaning, disinfection and handover included in our scope.

  • Confirm filled load, bearing positions and supports with your structural designer.
  • Keep underside fixings clear of pipework and obstructions.
  • Check tank, supports, chamber and overhead services as one height.
  • Agree the drain and sump positions before site works.

Not always. The fixings can be reached without entering the tank, but isolation and draining depend on the work. Agree the safe maintenance method for the task.

Keep the capacity basis with the required litres. The detailed calculator explains nominal, actual and usable storage and carries your assumptions into the enquiry.

Options include divisions, insulation, raised inlet chambers, connections, drainage and level monitoring. Confirm the fitting schedule and maintenance access for the selected tank and duty.
